Quick and efficient service! Technician James was very thorough and explanatory. The young lady's customer service delivery was less than professional. She was very snippy when I questioned the invoice amount. I used a coupon with 25% discount. She erroneously stated the additional $7.99 charge was tax ( it is an additional shop service fee). I requested to speak with the Manager Jazz and she politely explained the additional fee was a Shop Service fee and not tax. This should be explained to customers. No bottled water was offered!
Being g a first time customer at the Henrico Virginia location on South Laburnum. I am very impressed. I was given cold bottled water for myself & my passenger. The professionalism displayed was impressive. Hugh ,the supervisor along with his team Joe & Tony were very polite and explained all that was being done as well offered & suggested what is needed next for me vehicle. They are better than jiffy lube.
Been putting off getting an oil change just haven’t had the time but I’m glad I went today at the time I did! Big Big shoutout to Dyshaun he was very professional from start to finish I don’t know if he was in charge that shift but he definitely should be! They always have fast service so the 10 minute in and out is valid but while waiting I found an old receipt from Take 5 from 2024 and the price difference from the oil changes back then to what I paid today is the only complaint I have!
