From the moment I arrived, the entire team was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right. Even on a very hot July day in Short Pump, they maintained a positive attitude and provided exceptional customer service. One gesture that truly stood out was that they offered me a bottle of cold water while I waited. That simple act of kindness spoke volumes about how much they value their customers. On my way back home to Maryland I passed through Virginia and my car notified me that I need to change my oil. I called Take 5 oil and they said they could take care of it the same day. I was extremely pleased with the service provided. The price was excellent because I had a coupon and the staff was very knowledgeable. The had some recommendations for me to keep my car running smoothly and I was able to take care of that immediately through my car dealship. I will absolutely come back and I highly recommend this business. Too bad they don’t have any locations in Maryland, but never the less when I’m back in Virginia they definitely have a faithful customer.

During the service, the team discovered that the oil filter cap had been overtightened by the dealership during the previous oil change. It was so tight that it could not be removed without special dealer tools. What impressed me most was the professionalism and honesty of the staff. Instead of creating additional costs for me, they replaced the entire oil filter cap and completed the service without charging me anything extra. That level of customer care and integrity is rare these days. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. Their willingness to go above and beyond turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a great experience. Thank you to the entire Take 5 Oil Change team for your outstanding service.
