Update; STILL THE BEST I went to another take 5 (Midlothian) and I they took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get my car. This location is super fast and friendly, it took a bit longer than usual because this place was packed 4 car before me but all service finished about in 20 minutes... Perfect! Also they told me I don't need to change air filter. Usually car maintenance place told me to change it because they want to make a bit more money, but this place didn't. Such a gem. I'll be back here again! I love this oil change place! ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION! literally only takes 5-10 minutes for each services. Very professional!
I had my second visit to Take 5 on Broad Street. Mikey and Kenneth were working on one of the hottest days. Despite the conditions, they explained every thing they were doing. It was a struggle getting my cabin filter out of my vehicle. After both of them took a swing, Kenneth was able to remove and change successfully. They were courteous, knowledgeable and detailed. I had no cash on me but they deserved a tip. Next time I will come prepared. Thank you.
I remain impressed with the service here at Take 5. I visited earlier this year and encountered the best customer service through Cam and Mychal, and then again through Jeremiah and their team. I am particularly impressed at the way that Cam leads those around him with kindness, knowledge, and strong leadership. He deserves a raise and promotion to the next level, immediately. Altogether, this is a great location with great service. Keep up the great work everyone. I am grateful to have had my car serviced today by this team.
