The service was great! The gentleman who did my oil change was very kind and welcoming. I really appreciated that they understood I was just there for an oil change and didn’t try to oversell me anything. The wait was a little long, so I’d recommend giving yourself about an hour, especially on a Saturday. I was also able to use a coupon, so definitely Google for coupons before you go! Overall, the wait time was a 2/5, but the customer service was definitely a 5/5. 10/10 would recommend! ⭐️
UPDATE: Came again today & service was great just like last time. I really enjoyed talking to the employees. It felt like I was hanging out with friends while I got my oil changed. It was really hot, but that didn’t even bother me. That’s how thoughtful & quick the service was. Thanks again! ❤️ Came in last night and had a pretty decent experience. Amaya & Justin did a great job. Amaya was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Good employees deserve to be recognized!
Beyond satisfied with the service at this location! I was getting an oil change with my very unhappy 8-week-old. Kristy (Chrissy, Kasey?), a regional manager I believe, could see I was struggling as a new mom with my crying baby and offered to let me sit in their air conditioned office with her. She had such a professional but warm demeanor, and I was just so thankful for her kindness during a rough moment. If her boss reads this- she deserves a promotion, a raise, or both! My mechanic Aysia was also so professional and kind! I had a really bad experience last time I got my oil changed at a different place so this really exceeded my expectations. I will only be getting my oil changes here from now on.
