Service was quick and easy. I had the best team working for me that day. Had a great conversation and a couple laughs! The team made sure I had water and even a fan inside since it was hot, very appreciative of that by the way! This take 5 didn’t have the usual oil for my service but Selena made sure I knew the one I chose was great and gave me some tips concerning my car!! Overall had an amazing service and I’ll be continuing my services at this specific location!! All the thanks to Selena and the gentleman that was there as well (didn’t catch his name but he was wonderful too). If you need a reason to give them a raise, I hope this review helps towards it!!! You have some great people working at this location!
Good experience even if the wait was a little long. I think they were a little short staff and the guy who did my oil change was just coming back from break while I was sitting there. Once they started they were very professional. So I advise anyone that goes here be prepared to wait longer than 10 minutes like it says in the commercial.
My first time coming to any Take 5. Paid about the same price as I would at Honda. Wesley, my tech, was awesome. He was working all by his lonesome on a busy Sunday. He was efficient and orderly. He even was very hospitable, chatting, and providing me with a cold water bottle for the wait. I hope the store promotes this gentleman for his strong work ethic and kind personality! I hope the store can guarantee breaks/lunches for their employees.
