Oil Change in Portsmouth, VA at 800 Frederick Blvd.

My sister from Atlanta told me about a Take 5 business she now goes to for her oil changes and other car needs that did outstanding services. Which by the way, was a recommendation by one of her friends. She told me, I should take my vehicle there as well. The best thing is, you get an opportunity to remain in your car while the services are done and they show you everything they’re doing in order to keep you abreast on what they’re doing to your vehicle. Well, on my way to the commissary after church on Sunday, I saw a Take 5 and decided to see if they were open for business. I was greeted by a very friendly technician named Shane. He was amazing from the beginning to the end. The younger technician named Wesley was very polite. As Shane was working on my vehicle, a manager of Take 5 stopped by on his off day just to make sure everything was going smoothly. He ran over to Auto Zone to purchase a filter they thought I needed to replace an air filter. It turned out, my cabin doesn’t have air filters, but he still went above and beyond to ensure a filter was there in case it was needed. Even though they were short staffed, I was given exemplary service! I will definitely, share my experience with both my friends and family. Oh yeah, I was over joyed, when I asked if they had military discounts and Shane said absolutely! 😃

I went to take 5 on Frederick Boulevard and the young man Wesley did my Car. He was the sweetest young man, very knowledgeable and a cutie pie at that …he told me everything he was doing from the time I pulled up, he offered me a water and we talked about my car he took really good care of me. I was scared to go there at first, but he made me feel so much better. I thank Wesley he deserves Some kind of recognition.. I have a X7 Bmw and he was telling me the problems that they have with changing oils in the X7 BMWs as far bringing an oil filter just in case ….we had a really good conversation. I want to think Wesley again cause I really enjoyed him. He’s the only reason I’ll return..💙💙

This Google review is solely for the Frederick Boulevard location in Portsmouth Virginia. My experience is wonderful. I had a bad experience at the Taylor Road location in Chesapeake and I then had to speak to the wonderful manager. There told me that I could come back the next day and he would make sure that everything was done for me. I went into the Frederick Boulevard location as asked and was treated 100% different. Zay Was my technician and he was very polite, very friendly, very knowledgeable and he gave me good education on my vehicle. The manager was also there he was there to make sure that everything went through smoothly and my experience went totally different from the prior experience at Taylor Road so again kudos to the Frederick Boulevard location. Thank you so much for taking care of me and making sure my vehicle didn’t break down. Will be there again.
