Been through this Take 5 twice this week with two different vehicles and the service was impeccable. They gave me a cold water bottle upon pulling up, were very kind and they did my oil and air filter changes very quickly. They exactly what they were doing with my vehicles to include the pricing breakout and TJ, the manager professionally introduced himself to me and went over the services done with recommendations. Military discounts are also 25% off for servicemen and women using ID.me. I’m happy to recommend this Take 5 with 5 stars. Thank you!
I had a wonderful experience at Take 5 when I went in for an oil change on Monday, September 14. The entire staff was pleasant, kind, and welcoming. Faith was the young lady who assisted me, and she was amazing! I had questions about the differences between the three oil-change options, and she took the time to explain each one clearly. She also told me which option was recommended for my truck without making me feel pressured. Faith was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. The excellent customer service made the entire experience quick, easy, and enjoyable. I will definitely return for my next oil change. Thank you, Faith and the entire Take 5 team!
