I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire oil change process. They made sure I felt welcomed, explained everything clearly, and provided fast, quality service. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to making customers feel valued. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for great service!
This was the best experience I have ever had at any organization. The staff was more then phenomenal I was greeted with a cold bottle of water and he gave my grand girls each a juice box. I could hear everything Chris was doing and saying in the pit, I could see and hear Chris under the hood. And, Chris was my safety person that made sure everything was done and I was safe to continue on my journey. I am the Human Resources Officer at my organization and this is what I call a professional and polite team. I enjoyed the service, the short chat, the quick service, the professionalism. This was my first time here. Had an oil change and a much needed air filter replacement (had not replaced it in a while). Great customer service! So after I pulled off I noticed my car started ramping up while in idle at the traffic stops. Then I stopped to get food at a restaurant, while in the drive thru I would put my car in park, then the car would shut off. It happened twice. I get out of line head back to take 5 and explained the issue to one of the employees. Showed my receipt and mentioned I had just been there. So the mechanic has me pull into the garage looks under the hood and finally finds the issue, one of the hose lines had not been reattached to the air filter unit. It was hooked up again, problem solved and I pull off, and my car is working just fine!! This happened today Friday evening 9/25/26 between 1730-1800 hr. The pirice was $109.44 with my veteran discount. So despite the minor oversight with the hose a I am happy with the service. I will still go back in the future and do business with them again.
