Great Service! I had such a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Riley and Alex were super friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. I also want to give a shoutout to the new trainee, Matt, who was doing a great job learning and helping out with the team. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt taken care of. It’s always nice to receive great customer service, and this team definitely delivered! I’ll definitely be coming back.
I have taken both of my vehicles there before and always have good service Everything was explained to me and always given a bottle of water to everyone in the car. I like being able to go back in between and getting my tires checked d some oil if needed. I had a filter in the car that I did not even knew I had since I had my car. I definitely had to get that changed. I did not know that had something to do with the air O was breathing; while driving my cars. That was something new to me. It is a little more costly but it is all worth it. I also like the mannerism.
Riley, Alexis and the trainer Matt did an awesome job with their customer service. They had call outs which made only Riley and Alexis have to handle multiple cars by themselves, which they did efficiently and professionally. Their attitudes were positive despite of the busy atmosphere. Matt voluntarily cleaned our windows while we were waiting for a long time. This is a great example of how all busy work industries should be.
