Great Service! I had such a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Riley and Alex were super friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. I also want to give a shoutout to the new trainee, Matt, who was doing a great job learning and helping out with the team. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt taken care of. It’s always nice to receive great customer service, and this team definitely delivered! I’ll definitely be coming back.
I have taken both of my vehicles there before and always have good service Everything was explained to me and always given a bottle of water to everyone in the car. I like being able to go back in between and getting my tires checked d some oil if needed. I had a filter in the car that I did not even knew I had since I had my car. I definitely had to get that changed. I did not know that had something to do with the air O was breathing; while driving my cars. That was something new to me. It is a little more costly but it is all worth it. I also like the mannerism.
Fast and efficient but if you are on a budget they have a cheaper oil change price, but what they do is they start off by pointing to the $89 one and move to the next two if you’re not careful you will completely disregard the one at the bottom. It does seem like they try to get you to spend money by going into detail about the benefits of each thing. It’s nice to know, but if you don’t know cars, you’re going to think you’re doing your car justice when your car is fine at the moment.
