Came here today to get an oil change and I can’t stress enough how great the employees were. Alexis was attentive and helpful in the drive-way and tried to get everyone into the garage/bays as quickly as possible. My battery died WHILE getting the oil change and both Alexis and Ruben pulled their own cars around to try to jump it, to no avail. Ruben and Chase then pushed my car out into a parking spot and Ruben called autozone for me to have them bring a jump box, which worked to get my battery going. Seriously helpful people (I know I forgot some names, but everyone’s great) who as a bonus, didn’t make me feel silly for leaving my headlights on and backing up the line of cars. I will gladly be back in the future.
I rolled in for an oil change based on a warning light on my dash. I’m getting my vehicle inspected soon and did not any questions or issues. When Rueben pulled up my Take 5 information, he saw that I was NOT due yet for service. He set my computer for the correct time frame AND checked my oil to see if I needed a free top up. Pulled out of the bay with a bottle of water, zero charges, and a smile on my face knowing that my vehicle is in good hands. This is why I take my vehicle to Take 5. Service is always top notch!!
