I arrived on a Monday morning and was promptly greeted by Clayton, who directed me to the appropriate bay. There was already a car there, so I waited a short while before pulling in. They got started on some preliminary steps right away, but there were two other vehicles ahead of me and it appeared there were only three employees working at the time. Because of that, I waited about 10 minutes before being asked what type of oil I wanted and moving forward with the oil change. Once everything got underway, the process was quick and efficient. I come here all the time and have consistently had good experiences. Clayton checked me out, answered what was needed, and sent me on my way without any issues. Overall, another smooth visit. I would definitely recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for a convenient and reliable oil change experience.
Issac and Brandon did an excellent job..many cars ahead of us but they told us it was going to be an 1hr wait…it ended up 45 min to get in and out. I opted for them not to change my air filter and chose the economy oil…A+++ I’ll be back in my next oil change. Update 7/26 They do not offer Mobile 1. It’s now Penzoil . A+ service
These guys are excellent at their jobs, very kind and considerate, will answer any questions you have. Plus they treat women, especially us in the senior community, with respect and not like we are illiterate. Thanks for everything guys. Update. 4/22/26. I was at the Battlefield Blvd center, where I always go. There is a new crew there, plus a few of the old crew lfrom last time around. They were all just great, explained everything to me so I could understand , gave me a terrific deal and explained things perfectly for me. I love these guys and also the new lady they have working along with them. I will definitely be back. There are other things you can have done there also, and they explain it very well. Thanks ya'll. 🌞🌞
