I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Jo, the manager, and Scott who performed my oil change. They opened promptly at 7 a.m., which I really appreciated, and they even remembered me from when I called the day before. That level of attention and customer service made me feel valued right away. Jo was very professional and welcoming, and Scott was efficient and thorough while working on my vehicle. The whole process was quick, smooth, and pleasant. I definitely recommend stopping by if you want friendly service and a team that truly pays attention to their customers.

The assistant manager and manager were both incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable — exactly the kind of people you hope to encounter when bringing in your vehicle. The assistant manager took his time to explain things to us and was just overall a very pleasant and genuine person. What really stood out was the communication. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and the entire staff worked seamlessly as a team. They shared something new to us and important to know about our vehicle that we seriously appreciated learning. As far as oil changes go, this was about as pleasant as it gets. We'll definitely be back!
I visited Take 5 on 29 for an oil change . Through the whole service they communicated in a way that made me feel relaxed and that everything would be taken care of. They also made sure I knew everything they offered and what they would be doing with the oil change. Everyone was polite and respectful through the service. I highly recommend them for your oil change or any other services.
