Amazing service. There was a wait but now I know why. Sometimes youn can get bull crap at these places but coming from Chesapeake VA I am happy I stopped here to get my oil done. They did not push anything because I know I just changed all my fluids and filters but I wanted an oil change due to recent long trips. They changed the oil and said I was all good. Last time it was you need this. Your car is nice you don’t eat to damage it. This was all at a different place. I wish they were in my area. The service was so official I left a tip. Never thought about that before but this time it was very much worth it. Great job!! Stay honest and I hope your line will be forever long.
I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The staff was exceptionally courteous, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. What stood out most was their outstanding customer service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, respectful, and genuinely focused on providing a positive experience. It's refreshing to encounter a team that is both efficient and so pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!
Service was amazing! I was sent over from the Seminole 29 Branch after waiting there for over 20 mins because the POS systems were down. And they could not perform my service which was very aggravating after talking to one of the guys and him saying this had been happening for over a week and nothing had been doing to fix the problem! So I had to go all the way across town for Pantops to change my oil. I did have to wait but it was worth it. The pantops center was working so hard to get the customers in and out and they were so nice to me. So way to go PANTOPS JOB WELL DONE. Even in this hot weather. One person that went an extra mile and stood out in his work was Jackson. Super friendly and made sure every thing was done right and I was satisfied. Thanks Jackson! And I will be going back to this Take Five!
