I went early Saturday morning. Wasn’t too busy. These guys were amazing! Needed to get an emissions done. The gentleman suggested I get my cabin filter replaced. I referenced him that I’ll just run to O’ Reilly’s and get it for half the price but I needed some assistance to put it back on since he struggled taking it off in the first place. He said if I came back they can do it for free. I was like perfect. Came back no more than 15 minutes and a new gentleman said it would take 1hr and 45 minutes for the wait. Bruh that sucked. 😂😂 I get it if you have policies in tact and can’t touch a car unless in your garage port but waiting for a hr and 45 minutes to replace something in 5 minutes is crazy lol Well, at least he suggested I watch a tutorial on YouTube on how to replace a cabin filter 😂😂 I now can say I’m a certified mechanic bc I know how replace a cabin filter! 😂 Thanks “Take 5 Oil Change for the laughs”
They gave us waters and fruit snacks. We got an emissions test and registration done, it was a super quick process. My absolute favorite part was how diligent the employees were! They explained everything to us as they were checking and even showed us the condition of the oil off the stick and the air filters as they checked them. It was a very easy and enjoyable experience. It's our new favorite place for these annual checks! I will definitely be going back next year!
Friendly and personable service. They have me cold water and a snack while waiting my turn and offered more once out was my turn. Loved being able to stay in my car. All of my questions were answered and they changed my air filter and cabin filter. ( There wasn't one of those) I now have one. I only drive this SUV when I go camping and they didn't try to upsell anything. They checked my wipers and said they were still in great shape but they couldn't check any teams fluid due to it being enclosed and will need to go to the Toyota store for hybrids.
