I had a great experience at Take 5 getting my registration renewed. Lorenzo was the first person to greet me when I pulled in, and he immediately made me feel welcome and taken care of. Mia finished everything up for me, and she was just as wonderful. Both of them went above and beyond, were incredibly friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I really appreciate how helpful they both were and will definitely be coming back to this location!
Everyone was very kind and helpful. They broke down what they were doing step by step, showed me my oil and cabin filter were good, etc. They pulled up my Carfax and broke down what services I might need coming up based on manufacturer recommendations, and what I'm passed due for based on recommendations, but didn't push anything on me. They also checked for any recalls and confirmed that I didn't have any. They also offered a cold water and fruit snacks as soon as I pulled up and asked if I wanted/needed any more throughout my time there. Was overall a very good experience.
Went for emissions and registration - As soon as we arrived they gave us water and fruit snacks for both my boyfriend and I and let us know that because they had a few other cars in front of us it would be 50 min - 1 hour wait but in actuality we were thru and done within 45 minutes! Very kind and efficient staff, even helped with a few extra things and we got a small discount too. They made sure we were happy with their services and took care of us the whole time. Will be back in the future!
