Hi Take 5 Oil Change #1307! This review is several months overdue, so my sincere apologies for the delay! I visited on 06/02/26 to top off my oil, but shortly after leaving, my car stalled and started smoking. I returned to the shop, and the team spent 30–45 minutes investigating the issue, ultimately identifying a coolant leak. They helped me cool down my vehicle, cleaned up the coolant mess, and helped me get to a safe location for the necessary repairs. Although the issue turned out to be a cracked and badly damaged alternator, every technician took their time to investigate and help however they could. They went above and beyond what was expected, and their efforts truly put me at ease during a stressful and uncertain situation. I returned the following month for an oil change, and Sammy deserves another shout-out for tackling my Subaru Outback’s cabin air filter! Accessing it required dismantling the entire glove compartment and the help of three technicians, but baddie Sam did most of the heavy lifting! I’ll continue coming to this location because the team consistently delivers excellent customer service and goes above and beyond, even when you unintentionally become a problem customer. It’s always something with my little car! 😂 A huge thank-you to Sammy, Todd, Conner, and Diego (MOD) for your kindness, patience, and outstanding service. Keep up the amazing work!

These guys that work at take 5, 90th South Redwood, they run like well oiled engine. They work as a team and everyone has a job and they work doing their job in unison. I was given water and a treat when I pulled in, and they treated me with a smile. People just don’t do this enough now days. I sat in my car the whole time, my filters were shown to me as they were pulled from the car, suggested changing one of them but basically left the final decision up to me. I was having my emission and tags renewed and they had me in and outta there I record time. The service writer explained every detail they were doing and why. At the end they gave me a printout of what was actually done to my car and it had a list of everyone on that team that touched my car. This was the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to car issues. Everyone knows the long lines at the dealerships, and the wait can take up your whole Saturday. I was just so impressed by these young men on Brian’s team, I will definitely return to this station for all my immediate needs for my car. A+++++

I have nothing but praise for every single person that works here. They were fantastic offering snacks and water. They were very busy but did a good job making sure that everyone got served in a fair and speedy manner. I definitely recommend coming to this location. Weither its just for an oil change or emissions test they are sure to take care of you. They even put air in all my tires and cleaned my windshield for free as a bonus. Juan and Ivan are great!
