Oil Change in Taylorsville, UT at 3936 West 5400 South.

First time here. Came in for oil change . First, I have to acknowledge the TEAM WORK!! Fantastic!! I love how detailed every single thing they do is accounted for. We had a mishap the internet went down so I struggled to pay for my oil change . I ended up sitting in my car in the bay while they scurried to figure out the old school method. A paper invoice and card by hand. 45 minutes later we accomplished it! They were all so kind and I had a great time getting my oil changed. Thank you

Thank you so much to the woman who allowed me to get my emissions done at this location. I had driven to 4 different Take 5 places looking for the one I had originally gone too. It was the Taylorsville location. I had originally gone there for my oil change and emissions test but I failed the emissions test. So I had to go get my car fixed. I forgot which location I had gone too because it was so far from my home as I was on my way to an appointment when I got it done. The location was on the fails emissions test paper but I didn’t realize it. I asked the guy at Taylorsville because that was the 3rd place I had driven too and I was so tired with two babies in the car and dogs and everyone kept telling me I wasn’t at the right place. The guy AT THE RIGHT PLACE told me I wasn’t at the right place. So I left and went to West Jordan and the sweet girl there showed me the address for the location and I was so sad and defeated that I almost started crying because I wasn’t so overwhelmed and just wanted to get my emissions re tested. She said she would take me in and not re charge me for my emissions and she was so kind and helpful. The two guys helping me were also so freaking sweet and I literally wanted to cry. Thank you! Thank you for having a heart and helping a single mom out. I am forever grateful for them all for being so kind and willing to help me. The girl (I am so sorry I cannot remember names) was seriously so professional and kind and I love her!! Go to this location!! They go above and beyond for their people! 💕

Guys and Ladies are very professional, very friendly. Seem like they know what they are doing, also this station help the customer with discounts. The other station on 3500 w 4100 s cheated customer on discounts telling customer they don’t have any discounts. l give this station 5 Stars because of their awesome service and their honesty. Love people that go extra mile to satisfy their customers. Keep up the good work guys.
