I went in to get my emissions testing done, and was immediately given a cold bottle of water and some fruit snacks. The staff there were very friendly and professional, taking the time to explain things to me in a way that I could easily understand, and recommended replacing my cabin air filter which looked disgusting. I was there for maybe 20 minutes at the most, and they were very thorough - even taking the time to check my wipers, top off any fluids, and inform me of any services I might want to have performed in the future. Overall great service by the crew there for my first visit!
I was pleasantly surprised how kind and attentive the safe are. I literally waited at Jiffy-Lube b4 my visit to Take 5. NO ONE CAME OUT to greet myself or the other car. After a few minutes, I left and rolled up to Take 5. Ty immediately ran out with water and snack, though they were busy. I was happy with the service and pricing. I told my husband Take 5 is our new go-to for emissions and oil changes.
I came in during a break and was in a hurry. I needed an emissions test and I was second in line. Employees accidentally let a car that came after me in before me. I complained and Julian came out and apologized for the mistake, got me right in and quickly got me out. I was treated very well by both Julian and Syncere, they were courteous, clear communicators, skilled at their jobs and I respect when a place is willing to own a mistake (a very small one) and go out of their way to make it right. Thanks Julian and Syncere! I have never been to this location and now I'll keep going back just because of these two guys.
