They make the oil change process quick, easy, and hassle-free every time. I really appreciate how welcoming and helpful the whole team is. It’s the kind of service that keeps me coming back. I highly recommend Devon and his team at Take 5 Oil Change in South Ogden to anyone looking for fast, friendly, and reliable service! Thanks for the water! See y’all in three mos.
Connor was a great employee! Our European vehicle required a specific type of oil and while take 5 did not have that exact oil type, Connor was able to come to the rescue and secure it from another establishment! Even after falling short of a liter, he had to run back to purchase it again! Give this man a raise! He went above and beyond to ensure our oil change was completed and up to manufacturers standards. The whole team was awesome and apologetic for the inconvenience. He even gave us a 25% off discount for utilizing take5 for our oil change needs! Would recommend to anyone! Go see Connor at take5!
Devon changed my oil today and did a fantastic job. He was very thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured into anything. He recommended having my differential fluid changed because it was overdue and explained what can happen if it’s neglected for too long. They even brought the old fluid and bolts over to show me, and sure enough, there were a ton of metal shavings in it, exactly like he said there could be. I really appreciated Devon’s honesty, knowledge, and recommendations throughout the whole process. I’ve been going to Take 5 regularly for a few years now, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. Great service!
