Devon changed my oil today and did a fantastic job. He was very thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured into anything. He recommended having my differential fluid changed because it was overdue and explained what can happen if it’s neglected for too long. They even brought the old fluid and bolts over to show me, and sure enough, there were a ton of metal shavings in it, exactly like he said there could be. I really appreciated Devon’s honesty, knowledge, and recommendations throughout the whole process. I’ve been going to Take 5 regularly for a few years now, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. Great service!
Amazing service, fun, inspiring and good conversation. The employees were wonderful and made the process very enjoyable. Devon especially took great care of me and explained everything very thoroughly and has abusing work ethic and passion for helping ppl. Laval was also very kind and through and walked me through things I needed explained. Bryce also took time to explain things and make sure I wasn’t confused on any part of the process. I left happy and confident my car was taken care of!
Came in today for a top off and their service was excellent as usual! My top off was done by Erica! She was kind, communicative , and quick! You can hear that the whole team has great communication and positive workers! I’ve never had a bad experience which means I always get to honk at the end letting them know they did great! I love that I get to sit in my car during the super quick process AND they make sure you leave with a clean windshield which is just the cherry on top! Thanks take5 team! Special mention to ERICA!
