I dont usually do business shoutouts but this one caught me off guard and I think speaks to the character and values of the company. Today I went and got my oil changed at Take 5. Super routine in and out in 10 minutes. They told me because they were a new location I would get $25 off the service, but apparently when they charged my card it was for the full cost. I didnt even catch it at the time of the service. Well tonight the manager just called and let me know of the overcharge and said he was refunding the entire service. I told him he can just refund the difference and he refused and said they dont feel right about that and insisted on the full refund. In my 37 years of being on this earth I've never had someone step up with that kind of integrity and customer service heart. This was so refreshing to hear and they've now gained a customer for life. Way to go Take 5 Oil Change
I’m gonna be honest initially the service was amazing almost too good to be true very friendly, I had both my sons sleeping in the back seat and they were very mindful of that which I appreciated. Unfortunately I got home went to bed, next morning I pulled out of my garage and there was a small oil leak under in which I called the location and they had me come back in and the manager went over everything and found the problem and proceeded to fix it, did take a bit longer but I’ll take that over having to go back a third time so fingers crossed for tomorrow morning. Customer service deserves a 5 star - oil service deserves a 3 because I had to come back so here’s a 4 star overall.
I usually go to the Take 5 in West Jordan, however they just opened here and it's closer to my house. All I can say is WOW. Super nice, super quick, and they even found some leftover clips in my car from the last time I had an oil change. Now, I'm not exactly happy they were left in my engine, however they deeply apologized and made up for it. This is my new go to location. CJ was awesome!
