Took a BMW M240i xdrive in for a full service, the staff there were courteous and kind, they did not have the correct oil filter for my car, the whole they kept me informed about what was going on, and that they had to order one, about 5 minutes later an employee from Advanced Auto on riverdale rd, came running up with the oil filter, your staff at your riverdale rd in Ogden Ut, went above and beyond, I will bring my 2022 BMW M5 competition, in next weekend for a full service, I take my hat off to the whole staff, at Take 5, on riverdale rd, in Ogden Utah, thanks again you guys are amazing
I went to Take 5 yesterday and was helped by Nate and “T” the Tongan guy with a really long name lol. Take 5 on Riverdale Rd is a great establishment and I don’t leave reviews often, but I was very impressed by their professionalism and excellent work. I would recommend Riverdale Take 5 10/10 times They got my registration done incredibly fast and were incredibly kind and respectful. Give “T” a raise and Nate too while you’re at it:). Thanks for the amazing service gentlemen:)
I've been to the Riverdale location twice now. The service is amazing. I get offered a bottle of water everytime because it's hard work sitting in your car while they do the actual hard work. ;) I've had the pleasure of working with Sam twice and every time I mention the coupon he makes sure I get it? I've always had the pleasure of a female there working on my car and I apologize I didn't catch her name, but note, she is great. I was there Saturday 6/27 in a Hyundai Tucson and one other guy with a beard helped me and he was also professional and so a awesome. I will continue returning to this location because there is nothing bad about it.
