Super duper friendly, helpful, and communicative! Jay made sure all my cars needs were met and the service was amazing while Andrew explained all of their services and offers super clear and quick. Ciera changed the cabin air filter faster than I've ever seen anyone change anything and Fern topped off my tires and misc. fluids super duper quick. Then they went back through and verified everything got topped off right, verifying everything was installed correctly while my car was running too! Then they cleaned my windshield, for free! Above and beyond service by the entire team! Holy crap!
They were truly awesome! They gave me a discount for being a teacher, which is awesome :) Fast service, super efficient, and extremely friendly staff. I would recommend this place to anyone -- WAY better than Jiffy Lube who charge more, and for some reason take like 4 hours (I kid you not) just to do a simple oil change that should take 15 minutes. They also took care of my emissions and registration super quick, and were also very efficient when doing that. I will absolutely keep going here.
Great experience from start to finish. I brought in my 2005 F-250 6.0 Power Stroke, and the staff took the time to explain the different oil and filter options instead of just trying to rush the job through. I chose their full synthetic Rotella, and they also worked with me to keep my factory oil filter cap and use the correct compatible filter. They even double-checked the O-ring and made sure everything was installed properly. Fast service, fair pricing, knowledgeable employees, and they actually listened to what I wanted for my truck. I’ll definitely be coming back for future oil changes and fuel filter service. Highly recommend!
