Take 5 performs their work like a well oiled machine. They are courteous and pleasant from the moment you drive up all the way through your oil change )or in our case emissions and registration, and reel differential service). They are responsible and respectful and take pride in their work. It is such a team environment. I heard more than one time one employee saying to another, how can I help in bay …or can anyone help in bay …. I would encourage everyone to give their service a try. You will never go anywhere else.
I had my oil changed done my the Toyota dealership. What should have been easy, they messed up.. in the process, they didn't put the skid plate back correctly so it was dragging under my car. Next day , I went over to Take 5 and asked if they'd simply just put it back for me. Tiana, Tiandra, Leanadra, I am horrible with names, but the female with the lip piercings put it back, topped off my fluid, and gave me a coupon. The only thing she wanted to confirm is that it wasn't their mistake so that they could correct it if it was. It was nice to see Great customer service and a small favor that will lead to return business. I have only gotten registration there, but I will now add oil changes.
I needed to register five vehicles — two EVs, two motorcycles, and a trailer. Jiffy Lube turned me away the second I pulled up with more than one. Take 5? Not even a hesitation. Colman was happy, attentive, and knocked out all five registrations without me ever leaving my car. And he gave me fruit snacks! The team here is wonderfully diverse and I felt completely at ease the whole time. Turns out the best thing an oil change shop ever did for me had nothing to do with oil. 😄 This is your spot. 🙌
