Wasn’t really quick but I’m sure guys were tired and hot in 100 plus degree weather. I enjoyed not having to get out of my car, I watched as they pulled “my” filter off snd then showed me, and I liked that they showed me hard copy of my options for my oil change. They were very courteous and these 2 guys worked very well together and knew what they were doing. Thank you for a good experience. I will be back in 10,000 miles! 😃
The men who cared for my car were friendly, smiling, courteous and honest. I was offered other services including checking air filters and flushing the cooling system. Ahmand told me straight up how much the cooling system would be - I didn’t have to ask. I have been a lot of places where they would not have told me if I didn’t ask and I would be left with a bad surprise in the form of a much larger bill. That honesty will ensure that I will go there again.
Today the stalls were full when I pulled up, but that did not stop Nate from taking a moment to grab a cold water and see what I services I was in need of today. As I waited I watched Nate great other customers as they arrived while also helping Victor. Victor did an amazing job of going over all of my options today and got me fixed up. These two did an excellent job of juggling a steady flow of customers while being a team of two.
