I had the absolute pleasure of getting my oil and filter changed on July 5, 2026 at the Kemp location in WF TX. Jacob was my attendant. He greeted me with a smile and welcome, despite the torrential flooding, and gave me a cold bottle of water. I never got out of my car. I was quickly directed to the bay and he asked me several questions and we determined an oil and filter change was all I needed. He was extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I was in and out very quickly and he even explained how to reset my oil light! I’ll never go anywhere else!! He’s an asset to the company!!
Shout out to the team at Take 5 in Wichita Falls from the store manager to the techs that got me out of a stressful few days. The last place I used to go for oil change had rounded out and over tightened my drain plug. They were even "helpful" as to tell me that I needed to go to a mechanic. Other oil change places I went to refused to touch it, and I was looking at a $300 estimate from the mechanic. Take 5 took care of the situation at no additional cost. The store manager put my mind at ease about my situation over the phone and had his store team informed and ready get me taken care of. I'll be coming to this location for all my future service needs. Brilliant 👏
The three gentlemen that helped me out today were fantastic! I cannot remember their names, but they were great at explaining everything and were so kind to me. Accepting I’m a broke girl and didn’t push anything I did not want done at this time truly means a lot. It can be intimidating going to auto shops as a female but I was comfortable and felt well respected while I don’t know much about vehicles. Thank you again! See yall next time! -Ashley L.
