Oil Change in Waco, TX at 1103 S Valley Mills Dr.

The gentleman that took all my information for my first time being in there with that vehicle, five stars for him all the way. Very polite, very informative and was patient with the young gentleman adding windshield wiper fluid and TRYING to check my air filter…Lol….. that was good comedy. He reached right over and popped those clips right off, so the air filter was exposed for that young man. I’m sure first timers are good for business, but daunting for the employee. Creates a lot of extra steps for them, Including the whole product information line talk to the customer. Take five always does a great job no matter what, all the way to offering you water when you first drive up and checking in with you when the lines could get a little long waiting. Easiest 5 star review I wanted to give. Service that was done right across the whole team, Chris, Desane, Sanders, and others. -Service started with Chris giving customerers water waiting, in line, their cars while 90°+ weather. -All team members in a continuous motion and commanding communication process working on my my car -Chris and team took the high extra effort and time, on the ground, having to take apart my glove compartment just for a small filter change. That is not trying to sell with that much labor commitment. My Jeep always needing way more steps/parts for common checks/replacements. -Chris only asked what has been changed/done previously. Checked any car records to match/compare info. Suggested on what could or should be done based on that collected info. Left up to me to decide. No push. -Chris took the extra effort to show me comparisons on filters. Left up to me to decide. No push. -Me holding on to an aging vehicle and trying to keep uo with smart maintenance. This honestly felt the most efficient and cost saving over All, if you need multiple fluids services done before needing a full mechanic service. -Reading reviews going in about wait time and services was partially cautious. Being the customer and seeing the work calmly and patiently done while also feeling the heat/weather they are working in. I felt taken care of and not rushed. -Was even told to swing back through for follow-up check to make sure coolant service was done correct and no issues. -I saw the lines move at different paces but my wait and service time beat the cost and time having to be left at a mechanic for smaller services. -If one line is moving faster over the other, it's not because that team members are moving/working slower. Got to meet Drake and his team today! Currently waiting for an oil change, but I want to shout out their service. There’s only 2 of them today and they’re working their tails off! Drake came to my car, chatted with me, and even took the time to apologize for the wait. I haven’t even received the oil change yet and I’m blown away by the service. Great job, yall!
