I had a great experience today at the Valley Mills Dr location, I normally go to a different location and they never ask me any questions they just change my oil and swipe my card. This location gave me 3 price option and explained each one and sold me on the middle package, where the other location has always charged me for the most expensive option. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about my car and the type of oil it actually needed being a high mileage car, he also explained to me about a coolant flush and actually showed me how bad mine was before recommending that I needed this service. I would recommend this location for sure and will definitely be back!
These guys pay attention to every detail during service. I’ve been to other Take 5 shops where they did not complete every task on the checklist. One lost a cap while refilling the windshield wiper fluid, while another broke my glove compartment while changing a filter. Every time I come to this particular shop, I leave satisfied. Thank you!
The young men that took care of my truck were very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything and always gave me the chance to ask questions. They also gave me the opportunity to accept or reject each and every service they provided. I appreciate their kindness, honesty, and professionalism.
