Oil Change in Universal City, TX at 800 Pat Booker Rd.

I’d like to thank Rocky at the Take Five on Pat Booker Road In Universal City yesterday when it was pouring down Rain— We had a cool front Blow in and it was Pouring down rain and my check tire lights came on two of my tires and luckily, I pulled in to Take Five And they were glad to help me And ask if he could be a further assistance and I said no thanks how much do I owe you and he Said no charge– Rocky did a great job and honestly, I tried to give him a tip for his service because it was pouring down rain And he refused -he just said thank you for coming in to Take Five and have a great day and I said thank you very much

From the very second I pulled up, service was already immaculate! Each customer is given a cold water bottle right out of the fridge they keep in their shop between bay 1 and bay 2. I was promptly instructed to park for bay 2 and waited less than 5 minutes for them to finish up with the customer still there. It was a full house but they work fast and efficient! Dae is one of the location managers and he was excellent with communication between the customers and his crew. He took the time to explain every diagnostic test and what explained their evaluation with rationale which was beyond anything I expected. Very professional and very courteous. I highly recommend this place, and especially for this amazing crew, their manager who works the car services with them, and incredible customer service!

Wonderful experience. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I’ve been to some quick oil change places that I honestly felt like they used one of the cheaper bulk oils while telling me they used what I asked for. These guys pulled out what I specifically wanted, and made sure to use it. Very personable employees. Keyshon was positive and quick to point out any issues. The newer employee whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, was helpful and upfront about any questions he couldn’t answer himself, and tracked down that information quickly. I heard a conversation between the manager and another customer, and he was polite and straightforward about what they could and couldn’t do about some of her concerns.
