Oil Change in Universal City, TX at 800 Pat Booker Rd.

From the very second I pulled up, service was already immaculate! Each customer is given a cold water bottle right out of the fridge they keep in their shop between bay 1 and bay 2. I was promptly instructed to park for bay 2 and waited less than 5 minutes for them to finish up with the customer still there. It was a full house but they work fast and efficient! Dae is one of the location managers and he was excellent with communication between the customers and his crew. He took the time to explain every diagnostic test and what explained their evaluation with rationale which was beyond anything I expected. Very professional and very courteous. I highly recommend this place, and especially for this amazing crew, their manager who works the car services with them, and incredible customer service!

Wonderful experience. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I’ve been to some quick oil change places that I honestly felt like they used one of the cheaper bulk oils while telling me they used what I asked for. These guys pulled out what I specifically wanted, and made sure to use it. Very personable employees. Keyshon was positive and quick to point out any issues. The newer employee whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, was helpful and upfront about any questions he couldn’t answer himself, and tracked down that information quickly. I heard a conversation between the manager and another customer, and he was polite and straightforward about what they could and couldn’t do about some of her concerns.

Service is always good. New technician from a different location. Originally did not apply my Military Discount. I questioned the charges and then he applied the discount. However, the rate increased by $20. I have the last two records and this time there were three additional charges with no description that never were billed before. I will be going back for an explanation. I brought in my newly purchased filters to be installed. Should have been a free service.
