Driving in from out of town, I first called to see about pricing and was offered a $25 coupon. As a recent college graduate who Is still door dashing to try to get back up on my feet, I really appreciated this discount because the only one I found online was for $15. When I got to the store, there were only two people in front of me and my wait was not very long. Kevon brought me a cold water while I waited and let me know it would just be about 5 to 10 minutes. Kevon Did not disappoint. He got me in quickly and was very professional and courteous. He clearly explained my options and offered me extra services, detailing why they were pertinent In a very clear way. Due to financial circumstances, I was not able to add extra services at this time -Nevertheless, he was very understanding and even kindly (not pushy at all) offered to do them at a later date in the future when I may be able to afford them. I always dread going to get my oil changed (especially as a woman that knows how to change her own oil but often doesn’t have the time, etc.) because you never know if someone is just going to try to overcharge you or try to get you to buy things you don’t need, But I’m so glad I chose this location and 100% because of Kevon!!! He was Dripping in sweat, but still had the biggest, most wonderful smile on his face!!! This man deserves a raise!!!! Thank you Kevon!!!

Angel and Kevon have the best customer service I have ever received! As soon as I pulled in Angel walked up to my car and offered me a water which was worth the 5 stars alone. Her and Kevon did everything in their ability to help me out today! I left feeling nothing less than appreciative and grateful. I am so blessed to come across such kind hearted people like them today. I wish them nothing but blessings and success in their future! Thank you so so much guys again!
Cannot give five stars because they didn’t have the weight of oil I use in a synthetic blend. They were slower than Valvoline across the street. And the young man that was taking my payment and making my sticker for me would not listen to me when I asked him to make the sticker for 6000 miles. He insisted it had to be 3000 miles. It doesn’t matter who’s right even( though I am) The customer is always right
