The service was decent but one of the employees could have had a better attitude. My car was having issues at the time and after my oil change my car would not crank and instead of being a little empathetic to the situation I heard him tell his co worker “well we aren’t mechanics!” I never once asked for help but a little compassion and understanding would have been nice.
There were 3 gentleman working on my car...they were all so polite and had smiles on there faces ....the weather was very hot! and for them to make me feel welcome was so awesome . ...i have been to 3 of your stores now....canton mineola and tyler every single place had awesome people....great job and thank you so much
I have an excellent experience at Take 5 on Broadway. The guys were very helpful. I did not feel pressured to purchase additional services, but was informed with honest information to make decisions. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I will be returning to this location for my next service.
