Although the wait was excessive when I went... it was clearly the poor guys were understaffed. I didn't mind at all. We've all been in that one way or another. Anyways... the gentlemen were very kind, courteous and patient. They did not let the tone crunch of the end of the day and all the cars that were waiting on them to get them flustered or in a bad mood at all! Kuddos to them for keeping their cool and composure! Great job guys!!
This is my first visit to Take Five Oil Change and it’s certainly won’t be my last, terrific service and price especially since I found a nice discount coupon online. They had several levels of synthetic oil with the proper filters and explained to me what the differences were so I could make a good decision. They checked several things, and my air filter and cabin filter were absolutely filthy. I don’t think the cabin filter had been changed in years, but I don’t think anybody else even bothered to check it. They were really courteous, thorough respectful, I was very impressed.
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The technicians were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain an issue they found with my cabin air filter. I appreciated how detailed they were and that they clearly explained my options without any pressure. The service was quick, efficient, and the staff made the entire process easy. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance.
