Jordan and Chris are the absolute best of the best here. Super friendly and chill dudes. I've taken my Audi here and my partner took his F350 here for the first time today. When I go they even reset my MMI which is a pain in the rear to do. Super honest folks out here. Highly recommend. Update: I just moved to Mississippi and I low-key miss Jordan and Chris a lot. They were sooooo good. They'd let me know any weirdness they saw, always were friendly and chill, offered personable service, and we're generally knowledgeable. They'd only upsell what you actually needed which is so dang rare when you're a chick by yourself driving a luxury car. People normally try and price gouge me because they don't think I actually know anything about cars. Give Jordan and Chris a raise. They're the best Take 5 employees I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, from Houston, to Conroe, to Texarkana, Starkville, and Columbus. I'd trust those guys any day of the week.
Service was great, everyone was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They also walked me through every service they offered and made sure to tell me the difference between each one. Houston was great, I will be back.
Houston as well as Kevin were very professional and detailed with their responsibilities as an employee of Take 5. I'll definitely be returning to Take 5. Thank you!
