I had a mixed experience during my visit. One employee seemed like he didn’t really want to help me let alone be there, which made me feel a little unwelcome. However, another young employee with long hair was outstanding. I didn’t catch his name, but he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain several things that were important for me to know about my vehicle. His excellent customer service and willingness to help made a big difference in my overall experience. Thank you to him for going above and beyond!
I had such a great experience here! Austin took amazing care of me from start to finish. He was professional, efficient, and made the entire process quick and easy. He handled my oil change, replaced my cabin filter, and even took care of my windshield wipers all while making sure I understood everything that was being done. The service felt genuine, not rushed, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. The whole team was welcoming and had great energy, which made the experience even better. You can tell they actually care about their customers. Austin was truly a blessing, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
Came in for a oil change was greeted by a gentleman named Hamp he was very polite & welcoming it took me a while to figure out what type of oil i wanted but he was very patient with me & talked to me the whole time til i figured out which one i wanted. Will defiantly be back to this location customer service was amazing thanks to Hamp & David.
