Had a bit of a scare but fixing the problem was a must for the Manager. Thank you for rechecking and fixing the error that should have been done on the initial visit. The Manager explained why and sincerely apologized. This location is an amazing location to visit when needed. From a NOLA babae🎉🥳🥳😘😘. P.S Music brings out the best in dem guys🤣. Happy and satisfied customer I am.
4.8. Fast and friendly service. There were 6 cars in front of us when we showed up about 15 mins till noon on a Saturday. My wife and I were going to leave because we didn’t want to wait and the manager saw us leaving and came over to talk to me and said that he could get us out in 30-45 mins. We came just for an inspection for both my car and my wife’s car. We were on our way home in just under 45 mins from the time we pulled up. Nice work TAKE 5 team off Louetta and 45.
This was my second visit to this location for my usual full synthetic oil change. My 2018 F150 is at 80K miles so went ahead and had the cabin air filter and the engine air filter replaced as well. They showed me the old parts and I watched as they installed the new. All from the driver’s seat.
