Took my car in for a much needed oil change, in which I was serviced by the technician Ian. He took his time with my car, explained to me my options, didn’t try to upsell for the money, told me what was best beneficial for my car and love the fact he was honest as well as worked with integrity. Thank you for having the passion to serve your customers and their vehicles. Definitely recommending Ian to family and friends.
The store manager Gianni helped me out this afternoon with topping off my tires, fluids and providing a coolant flush. He was very thoughtful and honest about what services my car needs and what it doesn't need at the moment. I definitely will continue coming back to Take 5 and recommend getting your vehicle maintenance done here!
Just had a great time here at this location, treated like family. I came in with a couple cars already ahead of me, but the manager guy offered me a water while I waited, I think his name is Gianni, they got me in and out way faster than I expected! And the people who serviced my car were very professional and a pleasure to interact with, overall great experience, and they replaced my AC filter too!
