Excellent experience at Take 5! I stopped by for my vehicle inspection, and the entire process was quick and easy. The crew was extremely friendly, polite, and professional. They even offered me a bottle of water while I waited in my car, which was a really nice touch. Great customer service from beginning to end. It’s refreshing to be treated so well. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!
Had an amazing experience at Take 5! Trey, the Assistant Manager, was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He made the whole process quick and stress-free and genuinely cares about his customers. Trey is definitely an asset to the team and deserves some recognition! I’ll definitely be coming back!!
My first time here, I normally go to Walmart for an oil change and have to wait a long time. So yesterday I thought I would give this place a try, and I gotta say I was impressed first off by the friendliness, nowadays it's hard to find good customer service and friendly people, secondly at how fast the process was, and he didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Thank you take 5 for the great experience. I will be getting my oil changes done here from now on.
