My first time here, I normally go to Walmart for an oil change and have to wait a long time. So yesterday I thought I would give this place a try, and I gotta say I was impressed first off by the friendliness, nowadays it's hard to find good customer service and friendly people, secondly at how fast the process was, and he didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Thank you take 5 for the great experience. I will be getting my oil changes done here from now on.
I want to recognize Ian, Forest, and Trey for their excellent work. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to educate me throughout the process. Despite how busy they were, they stayed focused, worked quickly, and kept everything moving smoothly without missing a beat. Their professionalism and strong work ethic really stood out. Shout out to these hardworking men for going above and beyond. I will be back!
I was worried about being the last customer (I truly don’t like being that person as I’ve had bad experiences before at oil change shops arriving in the last thirty minutes) I have to say that I was met with such kindness, I was really caught off guard. Edward and Samuel were both so eager to help with all my questions and concerns. The service I received was the level of customer service every oil shop should strive for, they even gave me tips and tricks about my push to start that will make my life easier in the future. I have been to many take 5 locations and usually have a good experience, (that’s why I keep using take5) but their willingness to go the extra mile and treat me like a person not just another customer or car really showed and I’m so appreciative. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Edward and Samuel for the excellent advice and service!
