Very helpful and professional. Was out of there at a reasonable time. He also told me where to get my registration sticker. I’ll be returning to them.
I was met at the garage entrance and immediately taken in for an oil change. I chose Take 5 because they offer Mobil 1 synthetic oil and I do not enjoy going to a dealership and waiting 2 hours for an oil change. The technicians described everything they were doing, showed me the oil and filter as they opened the container and showed me the level on the dipstick when they were done. Staying in your car while they work beats having your car disappear and hoping they did what they claimed. 15 minutes later I was on the road. The guys were friendly and efficient.
Rico and Luke were excellent! Despite the chilly weather, Luke greeted me and offered me a water bottle, and Rico took care of my car. My expectations are usually pretty low with these quick oil change places, but Rico was thorough, knowledgeable, and he went the extra mile to take care of our car. They even offer a free 3,000 mile fluid check and top-up, which is perfect for high mileage / older cars. I used an online coupon, which helped with price. Will be coming back again soon.
