The guys were wonderful, I stopped in for an oil change and inspection. I was met with a cold water bottle and instructed what to do immediately, with minimum wait time. They were very polite, helpful with providing information about my truck. I love going to this location
This location is very thorough with their pre checks, repairs, fluid refills, oil changes, emissions testing, and have great customer service skills. The supervisor on duty passed out water to customers for us to remain refreshed! This location is a little better than The Woodlands location as staff seemed to be more customer service oriented. I'll be returning for sure!
I had a very good experience at this place. I came in to get an inspection. My service guy was Mr. Ford. He took me through all the things that my car needed to be well maintained, he was very experienced and very nice to me and my family and we will be back. Thank you.
