Went to take 5 Oil in New Braunfels, off odmf Walnut Ave, across from Walmart. They were very busy but they made sure I had cold water while I waited. Once I got in for the service, Walt, was my technician. He was great. He explained everything to me that was going on and had a fantastic car side manner. The manager was giving him a hard time in a joking way, and Walt took it all with a grain of salt, and would just smile at him. They all did a great job, I will be going back and recommending them as well Good job Walt.
Stopped by for a oil change. Service was terrific. I had a couple questions. The questions were received politely by the staff and answered efficiently. Confident workers, that made me feel comfortable being there. Oil was changed, air filter was replaced, air in the tires were checked. I was delightfully happy with my service on Saturday the 1st of August 2026. I will definitely be returning.
Right from the start, I felt welcomed especially with that nice cold bottle of water. I also appreciate being informed showing me exactly what’s wrong, educating me on why it needs to be replaced. Overall I’m always happy utilizing this place of business.
