I was greeted by an energized crew led by the young woman named Alyssa. They were quick and efficient, but ran into a snag because the previous facility that changed my oil had over tightened the drain plug. This caused the threads to strip when they try to remove it. They worked hard to resolve the issue and I will admit gave their best effort. Some places would have let me drive off with the oil continued to leak. Alyssa was very concerned and very upfront and honest. She stayed to make sure the tow truck came and everything worked out to take it to another location to retap the threads. It was unfortunate that it happened, but by no means was the fault of the team at take-five. I appreciate their honesty and your hard work to try and resolve the issue. Alyssa, the assistant manager, followed up along with the manager to make sure everything was resolved and promised me a pre-oil change in the future for the inconvenience. I will always go back to them for oil changes in the future.
I was greeted by a very nice young lady I told her what I needed and she took care of it. This was not my first visit with two Take Five and I will always go back. I would like to ask one question, I know that they checked my fluid levels but I got to thinking I didn't mention the transmission levels. I would love to know if they check them too.
Good place!! I like the people lots. The prices are what they are, at least it’s transparent. They pretty much always take the online coupons and may offer other discounts at the discretion of whoever is on duty. This is the only place I go for routine stuff. 👍
