I went and got my oil changed here about two weeks ago and had a great experience with Alyssa! She was super friendly and helpful, explained everything clearly, and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. Usually, I take my car to the dealership, but I didn’t have time and I was a couple thousand miles past due. She really knew her stuff and made sure I understood what my car needed. The oil change was fast and efficient, and the whole experience was easy and stress free. I really appreciated Alyssa’s great attitude and customer service. I’ll definitely be back!
Great experience at the Take 5 on Hwy 80. I especially want to recognize Alyssa, the assistant manager, for going above and beyond. From the moment I arrived, Alyssa was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. She made what can sometimes feel like an inconvenience into an experience where I actually felt taken care of and valued as a customer. What stood out to me was Alyssa's attitude. She clearly takes pride in her work and in the way she carries herself and treats people. She was patient, attentive, and willing to explain things rather than making me feel rushed or like just another car in line. Take 5 should be proud to have someone like Alyssa representing the company. I am now a repeat customer, thanks to her!
Alyssa,Sarah, Big Mike and (sorry didn’t catch his name) another nice guy were on staff yesterday at noon at the San Marcos location....and they did a heck of a job. I had gone to Grease Monkey in San Marcos first..15 mins waiting. While 3 of them moved at a snails pace taking care of the only car there. It was already there when I drove up. One kid moved like he was lost, another wandered around here and there and finally laid on the ground while the 3rd , I guess, actually changed the oil. I gave up waiting and left. Pulled up to my usual..Take 5 and got in and out in 10 mins. That crew, like many others I’ve seen there, worked together as a team. Very professional, smoothly transitioned from vehicle to vehicle and did a great job. Will definitely keep coming back. And this is the second great review I’ve given them in 2 yrs. Great job guys (and girls).
