The guys were awesome. They definitely didn't mess this review up. I went for a standard oil change and whatever comes with that. They found the oil plug had been stripped and packed with silicon. They replaced it- knowing I was about to make a 2800 mile x country trip- made double sure everything f was safe and good to go. 100% great guys
Joe Lopez and his crew always do a great job whenever I service my vehicle there,. The staff is friendly,prompt, & professional! It’s always a pleasant and friendly atmosphere when I go.The location is very clean and well kept. Joe and his crew are very knowledgeable and always asking questions and willing to offer advice on all my vehicles needs. Definitely a five star experience in my book!
I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Jose and his team. I came in with a stuck oil filter that had been improperly installed in a different location while I was out of state. What could have turned into a costly and frustrating repair was handled professionally and efficiently by Jose and his crew.
