I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Jose and his team. I came in with a stuck oil filter that had been improperly installed in a different location while I was out of state. What could have turned into a costly and frustrating repair was handled professionally and efficiently by Jose and his crew. Their knowledge, patience, and dedication to helping customers really stood out. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about doing the job right and helping people out. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend Jose and the team at Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for honest, professional, and dependable service.
My car started overheating so I got off on the first exit I came upon. I landed on the Alamo Take 5. They helped me out right away and explained to me that I needed a coolant exchange. My car has over 150,000 miles and I barely had any coolant left (I'm just a girl lol) which is why I couldn't have it just topped off. Everyone was very helpful and nice. I found it such a blessing to have my unexpected problem solved within 15 mins. The manager even gave me a discount. Thank you!
