Very satisfied with the service. There was a wait when I came but it doesn't beat the convenience of being able to come without an appointment. Once my vehicle was serviced everything was checked very throughout and my questions were politely answered. The oil change itself was very quick and I was told about additional services which I will definitely consider for future visit.
Fourth time coming here. The guys were professional, friendly, thorough and fast. I arrived almost at closing but they still went above and beyond with a smile. They didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need and I stayed in my car the whole time! Plus I get free top offs at any location if I need them before my next oil change. Free! Even wiper fluid! I Highly recommend!
Experience at this take five off Nacogdoches was five stars! Greeted with a smile and serviced right away. I had to look for the coupon I had which they were patient for me to find. They found the rod to hold up my hood detached in my car. They told me to keep an eye out and reattached it to where it belonged. This is my first time here. I was a little confused on how to enter, but it was where you go to the car wash as well. There’s no front entrance of Nacogdoches.
