Jesse was the man! He was extremely thorough with my synthetic oil change. He checked my filters and fluids and topped off anything that was low. He also informed me of the free topoff policy and made sure I didn't have any other questions before I left. Very friendly guy! My wife and I will exclusively come to this location for all of our vehicles oil changes and any other services offered that we require. The experience was very quick, but not to the point you had to wonder if something was missed. Nothing was missed and I left in a better mood than when I arrived. Thanks again Jesse, you've solidified a new regular customer!
They were fast, polite, offered water, Overall excellent service. Joshua was very nice even though it was close to closing time. He took his time, professional and informed me the difference of the oils, advised of all the things he did to the vehicle, he explained everything.. The other young man was also polite I wasn't able to get his name do to his also assisted a lady who came in as I did. They were both professional, kind and not rushing , and helped both of us, the demeanor was great, great customer service, they took their time not rushing and never acted like it was an inconvenience. Great place to go get an oil change.
This was my first time visiting a Take 5 location. Jesus and the young man changing my oil couldn’t have been nicer. They were informative and professional. I commend them for their excellent customer service. I will be going back to Take 5 and have already begun to tell family and friends about the excellent customer service I received.
