I'm a full time caregiver and sole caregiver for my elderly mom who has dementia/alzheimers and is wheelchair bound so I have to take her everywherewith me. I honestly go to take 5 for the convenience of not having to get either one of us out of the vehicle. But this visit at this location was the absolute best! These young men were courteous, respectful and actually knew what they were doing. They gave me a great price after a couple discounts. AMAZING!!! Will definitely return to location.
I forgot the name of the gentleman that helped me. I went in around 3:30 on Wednesday afternoon. I need to call and get his name because he was really great really nice. All the workers were really nice and it was really fast. Service. I will say it is extremely hot in there that is the hottest oil place I’ve ever been to. I don’t know if it’s because it’s so tiny and I didn’t see a fan in there. I really feel bad that the workers have to work in such a small tiny environment that trapped so much heat, but I will definitely go to this location again as it is the quickest take five really impressed with the worker that helps me. He was the one entering everything in the computer not the one that did the actual oil change, but he was nice too. You’ve got a good team there. This is the Marbach location by Ellison.
Curtis and Jason were incredibly thorough, friendly, and professional. Gave me an ice cold bottle of water upon arrival. They changed my oil, topped off my fluids, and replaced my wiper blades. When I told Curtis I was heading to Dallas today, he made sure my tires were good. Whole process took about 15 mins. The price was great! Even had a chance to take a 5 min nap in my car. This is our favorite oil change spot in SA. Thank you for the excellent service!
