Take 5 (Marbach & Ellison) is always great! This location has been our preferred maintenance group for at least 5 years now and will continue to do so! They are very efficient, and I have observed some of the best teamwork via communication, collaboration, and sense of urgency among the employees. Every person we've encountered has been professional and provides appropriate recommendations for our maintenance. We will be back in 3000!
I've had a great experience at this specific location. The Team here always has a positive attitude and impact on service with quality every time. Mr. Patrick introduced himself and informs you on recommendations and promotions, always trying to get you the best deal at the right price! Fast service every time and even if there's a line. Highly recommend 👌🏼 this specific location just based on their experience, knowledge, and services!
Guys are professional and do there best. However there's always room for improvement - Tires were not checked - Fluids, other than the oil I was changing were not checked, seems to me the only things they checked is what they have available to offer you at the spot - lights were not checked - they hand me a bottle of water and grab it with their work gloves so the bottle was greasy - I got a full synthetic oil that supposedly I have to change it in 3k miles which makes no sense at all and no recommendations or explanations about it was given, I’m now concerned about the quality of the oil they used and will have to check on it every 1k miles I would say
