I had an absolutely amazing experience at Take 5 on October 8th! From the moment I pulled up, the gentlemen working there treated me like they had known me forever. Their customer service was truly exceptional, and they made me feel welcomed, valued, and confident that my vehicle was in good hands. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to walk me through every step of the oil change, explain why my vehicle needed the specific oil they recommended, and share the benefits and perks of being a Take 5 customer. I genuinely appreciated how they made sure I understood what they were doing and why, rather than just getting me in and out. These gentlemen went above and beyond, and their outstanding service deserves to be recognized. It’s not every day you come across a team that combines professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and genuine customer care so effortlessly. They made what could have been an ordinary oil change a truly wonderful experience! I went into the location off Wurzbach behind the HEB on Sunday morning (9/13/26). There were three guys working and they were great. Very professional and personable. I was in a new-to-me vehicle that I'm still getting used to and was nervous about going over the open area. They guided me in without any judgement or exasperated looks, even though I know they must deal with that kind of often. They offered me a drink, got my oil changed, checked the fluids and filter and had me on my way very quickly. I'll definitely return and would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Samuel greeted me with a big smile and I told him my problem. I had run over a piece of big truck’s tire and it was making an awful sound. Well, he went under the car and pulled it out and gave me advice on what to do. That was probably the big thing as the dealer would have cost me at least 100 dollars. So I decided to get my oil changed which was done quickly and efficiently. I’ll be going back to TAKE 5 for oil changes now.
