I’ve never been big on giving reviews, but the Take 5 on Colony Drive most definitely deserves the recognition. The service provided to us was beyond superior! Every crew member was super friendly, hospitable and very knowledgeable when it came to answering our questions. Thank you to Deonte, Samuel, Isaiah and Tyler for the excellent service you provided to my son and I. We enjoyed our visit and all of your positive energy. It was truly a treat! We will be back!!
Friendly, professional, & fast. Best oil services i’ve ever had are from the guys at this Take 5 off of Wurzbach & Colony Dr. Deonte, Samuel, Zay, & AJ are always extremely kind & knowledgeable. These gentlemen provided an oil change as well as a full coolant flush/fill in record time with no steps skipped. I overheard & observed their teamwork & cooperation as they called out each step of the procedures. I will definitely return to this Take 5 location for future above & beyond service.
I stopped by Take 5 after the bolts holding the front plastic splash shield on my car came off while driving through a flooded area. Since it was Sunday, no mechanics were open, and I was hoping someone could help. Deonte and Zay were incredibly kind from the moment I pulled in. They even offered us water right away. They didn’t have the correct bolts for my car, but they quickly came up with a temporary fix that got me safely back on the road in under five minutes. Excellent customer service, genuinely great people, and they went out of their way to help when they didn’t have to. I highly recommend this location!
