Went on my lunch break to get an oil change. The staff was great. Though I had to wait because the bays were full when I got there, they acknowledged me, brought me cold water, and got me in as quickly as they could. They showed me everything, rather than just telling me I needed to add additional services. Before I left, they even took the time to add air to my tires.
Great experience at Take 5! I brought my 2021 Cadillac CT4 in for an oil change and was extremely satisfied with the service. The process was quick, easy, and convenient, and the staff was friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be back!
Thank you Andrew for awesome service and transparency. We have went to many quik oil change places and Andrew was the first to offer to check our AC filter. I was surprised it was so filthy, I was informed it is part of the service for it to be checked for free. Outstanding job! Quick and painless, great costumer service!
