This is an update. Was there on the hottest day of the year and two young ladies were doing a great job. Felicity (I think) took care of me quickly and did an excellent job. These guys won me over. I was back in line on a hot day. Tyler kept me supplied with water, updated me on progress, and inspected my car quickly. (He was outstanding.) I've been using them for the last couple of years and I can't say enough good about them.
I had a great experience at Take 5! The manager was absolutely awesome, very professional, welcoming, and made sure everything was taken care of. The entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service…. It’s always nice to visit a place where you feel appreciated as a customer. Keep up the great work! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location!
Felicity was so sweet and very helpful with my service today! The oil change and cabin filters were very speedy and quickly changed out, and she was very informative on what differences it would make. A coolant flush was done as well and she did that service very quickly as well! She was very nice and great customer service, will definitely be back again for the next oil change!
