Last Sunday, 10/11/12, at the Gattis School Rd by Randalls location, I went with my oil at 12%, with 2 twin boys in tow. Louis and Carlos were my attendants. We pulled up and there was one car in front of us. I thought it would be quick. Unfortunately, they broke down in the bay which exacerbated the normal wait time. The kids started getting feral. It was hot and they were ready to go. We finally got into the bay, and Louis manifested Popsicles for the kids! Carlos got in there and made the oil change happen. Both were courteous, jovial and kind with the kids braying like goats in the back of the car. I would like to thank them for their quick service and patience! Thanks fellas!!

His customer service was outstanding, and you can tell he genuinely cares about making customers feel welcomed and valued. Great attitude, great service, and an overall smooth experience. Employees like Louis are the reason I’ll keep coming back to Take 5. Definitely ask for Louis if you want great service!
The three guys working that afternoon did a great job with my oil change and check up. It was close to closing time, and I was unsure if they would even help me at that time, but they did. They looked like they had been through a long day already, and still took great care of me and my vehicle. I told them so and will definitely be going back to that location next time.
