Glenn has excellent customer service and kept us entertained while we waited. He and Sylvia were impressive with their clear communication and teamwork. They have things running like a well-oiled machine. They weren’t pushy with the typical “sales-pitch” of wipers and filters. Thankful for them taking a basic experience and using it to bring a little joy to our lives. We will definitely be returning for our next oil change.
The gentlemen were professional and very kind. Even the though I have been driving more than 50 years, they patiently explained everything and why it was done. They told me why Ididn't need some services due to my low mileage. They even showed me how to find my tire pressure in the door-so much quicker than plowing through my owner's manual. Highly recommend
I always love going to take5 for my oil change not only because they are fast and thorough, but because I do not have to get out of the car and I can sit right there while they are working, which allows them to easily ask questions. They are all very friendly and have not a bit of “sales person” in them.
