Take 5 was amazing! The service was quick, friendly, and professional. They changed my oil, ran a Carfax report, and kept me informed about the condition of my coolant. They even took care of a coolant service and showed me that my air filter was still in good shape. The team was knowledgeable, transparent, and clearly knew what they were doing. On top of that, they were personable and shared a few laughs along the way, making the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!
All the guys working were awesome. I arrived without a oil cap and oil was spilling all over everything. The manager offered to have a cap delivered to their store, but ultimately they found my cap under my hood. One of the guys burned himself while retrieving it. I will be back.
I have to be honest, I love sitting in my car. So that made this oil change especially different. They took care of everything while I sat and watched. They even offered me water. It was a little pricey but worth it. They kept me informed on everything they did and they were all very nice. So if you want a good informative oil change, Take 5! 😁
