I brought our company vehicle from Best Option Restoration of North Dallas to Take 5 for an oil change, cooling system service, and a state inspection, and I had a great experience. All the technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout my visit. I appreciate the care they took with our vehicle and their excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a knowledgeable team and quality service!
Nick was prompt, courteous, very professional, answered all of my questions with detailed answers. There is a reason me and my family ONLY use Take 5. You are always greeted immediately, handed a bottle of water and made to feel welcomed. No over the top sales presentations, real people giving you insight on the services available and the differences with precise detail, and did I mention the quickness, it was fast. Nick was nice, attentive, and gave explanations of the service process. Nick thank you again sir.
The people working here were knowledgeable about their job. They presented me with options in a courteous, no pressure, manner. They made sure to check everything just in case. They didn't have one of the filters in stock, so one employee went to the nearest parts supply place and got one. That's awesome. My last oil change was the dealership sending someone to my house. That guy forgot to put any filters in his work truck. He didn't go get anything. My car went without. I reccomend Take 5 on Spring Creek at Custer. Those guys will do right by you and your vehicle.
