Had a great experience. I was offered upgrades and shown a very dirty cabin filter that needed replacing, while also being told other items were ok as they were. I felt the workers were honest with me about the condition of everything, and I didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything extra. They also cleaned my windshield and topped up the air in one of my tires. I am very happy with the service (and the new manager) and I will continue to visit this location.
I had a great experience at Take 5! Gavin was the one who helped me with my oil change and windshield wiper replacement, and he provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured into buying anything extra. The service was quick, efficient, and the whole process was hassle-free. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer care, and Gavin made the experience a positive one. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would highly recommend this location—especially if you get the chance to work with Gavin!
Came in today for an oil change, fast and great experience. Brought in my own oil and filter and no issues. Christian and Sam where great to deal with. Beaing in the automotive industry seeing there attention to detail was good to see. Will definitely by my oil change location moving foward.
