Ive been a loyal Take 5 customer for many years. This location on 14th Street has a professional, friendly crew that really knows their stuff. Its my Go-To synthetic oil chamge every 5000 miles. I also have always gotten expedient annual inspections there. Yesterday was one of our Texas 100° days, and they were still smiling and getting the work done. I appreciated the chilled bottle of water while they serviced my car. If the ice cream truck had stopped there I would've treated the whole team! Thanks, Yall!
A few weeks ago I got my oil changed in my Mazda at Take 5. Come the next morning I found oil in my garage under the car. I took the car back that morning and the manager Gee did more than I’ve ever seen a shop do to make it right I purchase my own oil and filter and bring it to the shop whenever I change the oil. The oil is full synthetic and has a 1 year 10,000 mile lifespan. I expected in a situation like this since the oil had to be drained to fix the leak they would replace it with what they had in the shop which doesn’t have the same lifespan which would result in me having to return earlier than I normally do. Gee went above and beyond to get the oil from an O’Reilleys so I would have the same oil and even bought enough extra so I’d already have enough for my next oil change a year later! Gee also got me a breakfast taco from next door and made a note in my file for a discount in the future! Customer service was outstanding and I wasn’t even upset about the issue because I understand things happen. Will be coming back in the future for sure!
Got there 8am Friday and just needed my coolant topped off. There 2 other cars in the bays and one young man working. He was so pleasant, professional, calm (he was the only employee there, your business has a very high turnover) please make sure you are taking care of him in rate Of Pay and benefits because he is a keeper. I will come back just because of his service
