I went in originally for just an oil change but they were kind enough to check everything in my car since it’s high mileage, turns out I needed coolant. They were explaining me through everything and great customer service! Shoutout to Jake (Statefarm) for training that location and actively leading, communicating and organizing with his crew during my oil/coolant change!
Great experience with my oil change! Miguel was professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. He explained everything clearly and provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciate his hard work and highly recommend him to anyone needing an oil change. Thank you, Miguel!
As soon as I arrived, I was promptly greeted, offered water, and asked about the service I needed. They guided me to pull forward and took the time to explain the different oil options, offering helpful recommendations. They also showed me my air filter, which was in poor condition, and asked if I would like to have it replaced. We arrived just 15 minutes before a party we needed to attend, and thanks to their efficiency, we still made it on time! The entire experience was quick, easy, and very professional. Great job!
