Patrick saved the day. My morning started with a red, blinking light on my dash and my car screaming at me (coolant). Not a good way to begin the week. But I drove straight to Take5 and was quickly taken care of by Patrick. He didn’t try to finesse me, he didn’t waste time, and he got me out of there and back on my way so fast. I hope Patrick is there for a while, his customer service skills and attention to detail are outstanding and deserving of recognition.
I had an excellent experience with Luke! He did a great job changing the oil on my truck, replacing the oil filter, and also changing the air filter. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything was done correctly. The service was fast, clean, and very well done. I really appreciate his attention to detail and great customer service. I highly recommend Luke to anyone looking for reliable and professional vehicle maintenance. Definitely a 5-star experience!
I had a WONDERFUL experience yesterday with Albert. He went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. He even educated me on being consistent with my oil changes. Forever grateful for his top notch friendliness and service. Thank you, Albert. You are a Rockstar - Tamara M.
