⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Exceptional Service! I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The team truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for their attention to detail. For quite some time, my A/C hadn’t been cooling properly, and I couldn’t figure out why. During my visit, they checked my coolant and discovered that it was only water! They flushed the system and added fresh coolant, and to my surprise, my A/C started working again and is now blowing SUPER COLD! ❄️ I’m so thankful they caught that issue! They also went the extra mile by topping off my windshield washer fluid, checking and adjusting my tire pressure, and inspecting my cabin air filter. They even let me know that my filter was still in good condition instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need. That kind of honesty means a lot! The entire team was friendly, professional, caring, and genuinely focused on helping their customers. Their prices were reasonable, and I never felt pressured into purchasing unnecessary services. It’s refreshing to find a place that values honesty, quality service, and customer satisfaction. They definitely earned my trust and future business! Highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change! Thank you to the entire team for such an outstanding experience! 🙌👏
I had a great experience at the Take 5 on Fairmont. Jemarquis, Jorge and Alma were amazing and very helpful. Everything was explained to me about what was being done and they gave me different options which I appreciate. I had to have 3 things done and it was done in a timely manner even though there were other customers they had to attend to. Thank you!
This is the location I come to every time for my oil change and have never been disappointed with the service. My car required an extra service for today’s visit and Jorge was kind and patient with explaining what I needed. He definitely made the situation less stressful for me! 10/10 recommend
