I visited Take 5 Oil Change on Fairmont in Pasadena for a vehicle inspection. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a bottle of water. The entire inspection process was conducted conveniently from my car, and the young man who handled it was incredibly courteous and efficient. To my delight, I didn’t even have to get out of my car to pay. A second young man kindly took my payment from my vehicle. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient vehicle inspection service. I’m already planning to return for my next inspection. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars for Take 5 Oil Change!
The crew at this Take 5 location on Fairmont is Top Notch!!! When you pull up, even if they are busy, they come out to your vehicle with an ice cold bottle of water and give you an estimate of how long you will be waiting. They go as fast as they can with safety in mind and check all your fluids. They offer other services besides just oil change and answer all your questions. This is the location I like to go to. Thank you guys and gals for being professional and friendly!!!😁
Chris and Christian made a great team for tonight’s service on my car. They completed a lengthy service on my cabin air filter that didn’t look fun at all while staying completely polite and completed all services promptly and carefully while also keeping price and service times fair for a very busy time. I usually don’t leave reviews, but they definitely left me feeling like they deserved a bit of recognition for the work they put in. God bless y’all. Thanks for your help tonight.
